It was strong films in the hallway do them stripping the walls and painting the cigarette receptacles will extremely full cigars and they had no water was shut off for several hours and did not notify the guests pool area filthy

There’s a card in the room that says you need to “opt-in” for housekeeping, or the rooms will be cleaned on the 4th day of your stay. Same night as check-in I opted in..it was not done on any day over a four day stay with me asking politely and reminding them every day. I had two kids with me, trash and sand from the beach and dirty towels piling up.. The said “okay” every time I asked. And just lied to me about it, never doing anything. Also - nobody (not front desk, not housekeeping) picks up the phone if you call from your room. It just rings and rings. I called Hiltons cust support and they called the hotel to get me through to the front desk - that just irritated the front desk so they left the receiver on the counter while taking care of other business or talking amongst themselves and didn’t help me. Also - the seating in the dining area is FILTHY. And the clientele are the sort of folks that really don’t seem to mind that. Family friendly? No way. It’s gross, they are horrible and you’ll regret it.

Great place to stay. Very welcoming staff and beautiful lobby. Our room was right by the back door so it was super convenient. The only issue was the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty or stained. We just didn’t use them. Loved the place otherwise

I had three young girls with me. They were looking forward to the pool. I wish I would have known prior that the pool was closed for maintenance.
