Come change your Point of View with us in this luxurious condo on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC!

This newly designed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, second level, condo sleeps up to 6 guests, a perfect size for couples or small families! The private balcony overlooks a peaceful cove where you can relax with a great view. Included with the condo is use of the complex community areas!

There are two spectacular restaurants located within the complex, Havana 33 and Eddie's on Lake Norman, so once you arrive you won't need to leave! Also located within the same complex is a spa, so your relaxing massage is only steps away.

The condo complex features a beautiful tree-lined common area with a grill available for outdoor cooking and a pool which is available for our guests during the summer months. Please note these features are managed by the complex management company.

** Please Note: Community pool is only available during pool season of May 1 - September 30.
** This condo does NOT have a boat slip.

This home is so convenient to many things in the area. Even walk downstairs to the two restaurants on the property. The pictures represent the condo exactly. There was everything you needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. We enjoyed the sunlight in the mornings and the fireplace in the evenings. The communication with the property manager was great. We can't wait to book this for our next visit!

Excellent location to from which watch the lake and chill, or get out and explore the many small towns in full fall color. Host was responsive and welcoming. Char,otte proper easy to navigate, as well. Condo was very clean and well appointed Morning sunrises and evening sunsets made a great start and end to each day.

Lovely stay
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Everything was perfect about this home, down to the super comfortable beds and linens. The apartment is tastefully furnished, and the kitchen is well stocked. The house was very clean and just as pictured.
