The hotel was very nice and clean but i wish there was a fridge in the room. I dealt with 3 front desk workers 1 was very nice 1 was decently nice but the last 1 at check out was kind of rude and dismissive. She couldn't give me a printed copy of my receipt but promised i would get an email receipt in 5-10 minutes its been 2 days and i still havent received my receipt. I probably wont be returning. Also its 100 for incidentals per night, not per stay. There are no vending machines and no convince shop items, if you need anything you have to walk 3 blocks to get something.

Had to switch rooms because of cigarette smell and once we got a new room it still smelled and there was black ash on the white beds.
