It is near to all things we wanted to do, for the most part. We are used to trains and/or buses, so we can do things a little too far for walking. We had our two grandsons with us this trip. They enjoyed the room being larger and the two televisions. The pool was a huge hit also!!

The view from the rooftop lounge was nice and made for pretty pictures. The staff were all very helpful. The most noteworthy aspect of the stay was the convenience and ease of travel to and from the hotel. It was quite easy to navigate from one event to the next with this centrally located hotel.

I have been staying for years.Great location close to eating places and close to the L. Parking is on site.The whole staff was very accommodating!!!

Refused to honor the verbal agreement I had with their staff member before I booked through Travelocity that they’d have a two bed room for us even though I’d have to technically book the 1 bed king since that was the only available option on the website. I called and spoke to someone at this hotel before I booked who said they made me the accommodation on their end. When I went to check in they claimed there was no record of this convo. and were very rude and claimed this was not their fault. I tried to explain I would never have proceeded with booking if my only option was a 1 bed room being as we had 4 people coming. The man at the front desk was very patronizing and embarrassed me in front of the lobby of other patrons and refused to accept that there was an issue that I didn’t cause. Finally another team member came up and searched for cancellations and found a larger room (still one bed) and got us a roll away bed. You’d have better luck sleeping in a tent than this place.
