Never again will I stay at Best Western!!! Worst hotel experience I ever had. Broken tub bottom, very dangerous, almost fell Black out curtains not long enough light coming in all night beds like rocks No microwave or refrigerator as advertised Coffee maker broker Tiny bathroom We didn’t move rooms because we got back from excursion late. Since we didn’t move, the manger told me to bad nothing they can do. Accused me of wanting room free. Advise: stay anywhere but, there.

I liked the location. We had so many options for restaurants and bars and shopping. The hotel is old and looks run down a bit in the hall ways but the rooms are nice and clean and great water pressure in the sbower. Another issue was the noise, the walls are thin so I could hear other guests and the traffic too

This hotel is in a neighborhood convenient to the Loop, Michigan Ave, and public transportation. Surrounding shops and restaurants are many. I love the pool--it's big and it has great hours!

The hotel is misshapen , have to go into the freezing garage to get to the pool area. The elevator is small and only holds 1-3 people and that's without any luggage. Connected restaurant was terrible plus the wifi is pointless. Ruined my sightseeing experience.
