Checking in was okay. Went to room. Room was not cleaned, beds not made. Went down and complained asked for another room. Given another room after debating with staff. They were going to charge more for that room. That room was not clean also.

I liked the staff they were nice. Their were people were smoking pot and using profanity outside in front of the hotel. Gross. Their was a hair weave in the bathroom which shows me it wasn’t cleaned very well.

First time staying at hotel for 3 nights without single room cleaning service. My wife got bitten by some bugs or Mosquitoes several time and so did I. My brother had another room also got bitten My brother s room refrigerator had mold inside. Terrible house cleanig Travelocity shouldn t even put this hotel on site

This was a decent place to spend the night. The room was big enough but not huge, and 4 of us slept comfortably. The check-in process was quick and the help was friendly. Breakfast was ok, but missed having some fruit or beverage options that included fruit.

The property was in a state of disrepair. They were in the middle of a remodel and things were messy and undone. In our first room, the bathroom door wouldn't close and the tub dripped. We asked to be moved and in the next room the tv didn't work properly and there were no chairs to sit on. There are no restaurants on site or even within walking distance. It is not near the airport, even though it is listed as Chicago O'Hare. It cost us $50 to get there in a taxi. Although their website says they have an airport shuttle, they don't. We arrived hungry from the airport and had to walk a mile to a grocery store to buy food from a deli. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

I was very disappointed. I booked this hotel because they offered airport pickup. But the day of my arrival I was informed they did not offer that right now. When I said they should put that on their website I was told to go to a different hotel. Upon arrival I found out the hotel was closed for construction and had to stay at the Holiday inn next door. No disclosure of this when I called.
