Tall building with ample parking and an excellent gym. Rooms and facilities were clean, however, ours smelt like someone had been smoking there. The front desk said they would refresh the room. They either did not,or doing made no difference. Also, because we booked on Travelocity,internet was at an extra charge. Our stay was fine,we just expected better from a four star hotel.

Regarding the internet, we offer complimentary internet, but there is a charge for the premium internet for all guests, except our Elite Bonvoy members. If you an Elite member, then there would be a charge if booked through a site such as Travelocity. I’m sorry for the confusion on this. Stayed at other Westin's it did not compare to those Westin's the room was small needed updating it had no microwave love the pool the bed was amazing needed better pillows but they were soft shower was nice

Westin always delivers

Never had a bad experience at Westin! This visit was no different. Lovely room, awesome bed, great bath products, and one of the best features for us: our dogs stay for free! They even got treats from hotel staff. This hotel is also located in a great area with many dining and shopping options.
