The property itself was nice, but it was the exceptional staff that made our stay! Check-in staff went over and beyond to make sure my family and I had everything we needed, and the morning breakfast staff had beautiful smiles every time we approached. Being greeted with genuine smiles was a great way to start our day!

Horrible. The hot tub wasn't available had to sign up for the pool.I came back to my room around 11pm someone brought a subwoofer in the hotel throwing a party. I heard someones alarm going off since 3am.The breakfast sucked. I seen food sitting on a table from someone's take out WHEN I CHECKED IN and it was there when i left this place is a joke and they told me i wasn't getting my money back.

Hello Devon - I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We are following all CDC and State guidelines for social distancing and safe practices concerning our pool. Hot tubs are not allowed per the State at this time and we are limiting the amount of guests that can be in the pool area - that is why we have a sign up sheet so everyone can enjoy the pool while maintaining a safe distance. We are one of a few hotels that even have the pool open for guests and will continue our safe practices. Our breakfast is also within both Hilton and State guidelines for the safe handling of food. Our traditional Embassy Buffet had to be amended to ensure the safety of all of our guests and associates - but we wanted to ensure our offering was more of the items our guests have come to expect while staying at an Embassy. We have had very positive feedback as most guests are delighted we are offering a hot breakfast option. We do hope you understand we are all trying to navigate through this very unsettling time and trying to find the new normal in a time that nothing is normal. We do hope to see you again if your travels bring you back to the area.
