Always had to wait for someone at the front desk. Our toilet in our room would flush but not refill we had to keep taking the lid off the back and pushing the plunger/ball down so it would refill with water. Our shoes would stick to the floor in our room. The carpets throughout the whole hotel need a cleaning they are filthy and stained all over. Website said breakfast was included. We had to ask for breakfast in the morning and we were handed a bag that contained bottle water, muffin, and granola bar. Very disappointed in this hotel

Clean and comfortable

Cons: Bottled water in the room
Location: 20 minutes away from O'Hare airport
I was a little skeptical after reading a couple of reviews saying that the rooms are rarely cleaned, but to my surprise the room was clean, the mini kitchen is clean, the bathroom is well lit and clean. Only stayed for a night so I'm not sure about the fact that the room is cleaned once a week, but the room was satisfactory and the bed was comfy. Breakfast is a little limited but for the price paid, isn't too bad.

Remodeled recently

Pros: Newly remodeled inside and out. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons: Hire more dedicated staff.
Location: The location was great for us. We were leaving out of ORD and the hotel calls a taxi company that they work with to take us right to the airline.
We were very happy with our room and were very surprised to see we had a kitchen, we weren't expecting it. We were only staying there the day before and the day after our European vacation so we never used it but, it was nice to have. The room we had when we returned from our vacation was clean except for the coffee carafe which had old, crusty food stuck on the outside of the carafe so we never used it.

It's okay for a suite stay at a reasonable price

Pros: Like having a frig, room was clean, hotel was quiet
Cons: Breakfast was a little lacking, but adequate.
Location: I have no clue
No one at the front desk. While someone immediately responded when I used the phone as the sign said, I worry about security when no one is there most of the time.
