We stayed at this hotel due to proximity to a theater show. We got back to the room late and my husband went down to get bedding for the pullout couch (there was none in the room). One trip down and three phone calls later and it finally arrived 90 minutes later. The noise from the road was really loud and the bathroom appliances rattled so loudly it kept us awake anytime a room closeby would run their water. Not the best night of sleep.

We didn't like the fact that the room we were placed in did not have carpet, was in a scary hallway behind a big wooden door with one other room, had no refrigerator, and was extremely small. When we let the desk know, they said they didn't even know a room like that existed.

I really liked that the property had a sheet of suggestions of good places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast had a variety of food options. The property's located is close to the river walk way and close to all many of the tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and engaging. I would definetly stay here again.

The breakfast was great. Staff was awesome. Lobby was beautiful and historic. Room was very clean. Sliding door for bathroom is weird and not very private. Need to provide more soaps and toiletries. Wi-Fi is subpar.
