Very disappointed
Listing stated parking on site and free breakfast. Neither were true. No free wifi as advertised unless we signed up for some rewards program. Advertised as having a hot tub but wouldn't let people use it. Pool was very crowded and no room to move. Beds were on the floor significantly lower than a normal bed and very uncomfortable. Bathroom barn door was super heavy and swung so fast all four of us were hurt by it at one point or another during our stay. The bathroom door did not lock or stay closed. We were so disappointed about so many things on this stay. We will never stay again at another Hilton. Cheap and horrible experience.
