I enjoyed the openess of my room & the windows, great service from the staff. Valet did take alil while before bringing my car during checkout but I made it to work on time back in Rock Island IL, also the breakfast has no juices left over as I was catching it last minute, not much meat to eat but it was ok. I would stay here again, those are minor things that can be fixed for next visit.

We lived this hotel. Beautiful view of lake Michigan. Had a full size fridge. The beds were comfortable a d everythong was like new. We qill be staying again

We had a great stay at this property and enjoyed the week spent there. The views from our room looking up Wabash toward the city were phenomenal and the room was wonderful. It was only on checking out that we learned that we were charged $1,000 more than the price quoted on our booking for “incidentals” and fees. Valet parking is $65 a day and there was no other option available. Additionally, when we added a final night the hotel charged us the much higher weekend rate, rather than the going mid-week off-season rate for the added day. The amount we were charged was almost double the going rate. This was very annoying. I protested snd showed the hotel the rate on my phone and they simply didn’t care and essentially would not speak with me about this. We left the hotel very unhappy after a very nice week spent there and felt completely taken advantage of.
