I asked if the property had a jacuzzi and I was told yes. When I got there I was informed that the hot tub has been broken for a few days. And the pool area was very crowded and loud.

Me and my family stayed the weekend of christmas we rented a total of 3 rooms for 2 nights , after check out i was charged $150 due to the house keeping lying and saying that we left all 3 rooms trashy and dirty. We was told that the house keeping jobs is to not throw trash out or strip the bedding after each stay . Even tho we cleaned the rooms and even washed the dishes we still got charged for a cleaning fee. we contacted the hotel manger and we were told she has nothing to do with it and told us talk to security , which they never called back to address the matter and we was told that our money was non-refunable even though no one told us prior to checking in that house keeping only vaccum and clean the bathroom which she didn't do a good job at that either.

We had a King Suite for our family of 5 and absolutely loved it. The view, the location, the service ( housekeepers, valet, breakfast staff). We would definitely stay here again.

The person that checked us in was called zero. He was very kind. He made some great adjustments. He always said hi when I walked by and called me by the name, the place was excellent. It was really nice. It was walkable to every place we went to in Chicago Was nice not to use taxis
