The staff were rude. Two men workers were not professional at all and one of my rooms need to be refunded due to the a bug found in my room. The breakfast was talking about the guest. They started cleaning up while people were still getting breakfast and were annoyed when we started asking for utensils or condiments. They could have waited. Not a good experience for it to have been downtown.
