This was close to my daughters apartment and needed a 2 room for my other family members to meet and hangout. It was a great place to stay and quiet and clean. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was awesome to have a nice place to hangout.10 ot of 10

Room upgrade “wasn’t processed”, 3 of us checked into our room that had one queen bed & a pullout couch. Not what I expected. Also full room charge was processed on my credit card before arrival. Staff seemed unconcerned.

All of our room come with a King sized bed. We do our best to accommodate room upgrades, but we can only do so if we have the availability. They are not guaranteed. I took a look at your billing and saw that room and tax was charged the day of your arrival. I am sorry to hear you didn't have an excellent stay. Thank you for your feedback Jenine.

I was over charged & now have to dispute it. Wifi is horrible here, paid too much for that. Some staff was rude & started at me & my children, not ok. No quarters at front desk for laundry

Check in was great. No quarters for washing. Let out couch wasn't comfortable. Nice work out space . Wifi wasn't good at all, very spotty or wouldn't connect period

We were able to drop our bags before check in. That was were the friendliness ended. We came back at 3pm, 1 hour prior to check in. The room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready until between 4-5pm. We waited in the lobby. Checked back at 4 and was told they would need til 5pm. About 4:30 they could offer us another room but without the lake view I had purchased. Husband stood up for the fact that I specifically wanted. At 5:15 when we checked back we finally had a room with a view. Beautiful room but this will be the last time I stay there. Also the breakfast was coffee, orange juice and toast or bagel. That’s a breakfast snack. They shouldn’t advertise they have breakfast.
