Don't stay here. Major sanitation issues. First room had cigarette burns on love seat, pubic hairs on bed. Sent to 2 other rooms with the same issue of pubic hairs on beds. Had to cancel reservation, but manager would not refund money. Having to dispute with credit card company. Will be reporting to other governing entities

1-Hot water took long time to come out the faucet. 2-noisy bed bug machine on table 3-dirty couch with pee/water stain 4-No blackout curtains, light comes in room 5-breakfast appliances not working (toaster,waffle machine and fridge where yogurt milk is kept) people were eating bananas and cereal. One of the guests asked the worker what was wrong with the machines and the worker answered “they don’t work” The Worker looked unhappy and bothered

Property was around food and shopping but poor customer service dirty rooms and in and out traffic and aroma of weed and homeless roaming the parking lot not worth it

The Comfort Inn is a nice hotel in Antioch. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a couple of reservation issues that didn't right with me. One issue was partly my fault and partly Travelocity's fault. The other issue was one I don't quite understand, but whatever. I will say "Annie" tried valiantly to assist with my first reservation issue, so I applaud her for her efforts. I would consider staying at this hotel, in the future, but I'll certainly be more careful with the reservation I book.
