Newley remodeled but when we arrived they informed us the pool was removed a year ago and unfortunately it’s still being advertised as that they have one. If we knew ahead of time we would of never stayed. The front desk needs to be a bit more professional as I was in line waiting to pay for some snacks but I could see how rude the lady was speaking to a guest who was on the phone who just arrived at the airport clearly needing help trying to figure the shuttle process out and she asked him to call her back because she was busy. She hangs up and the phone rings again and she states to me how she hates having to talk to people on the phone and she should stayed home today. Sorry but customer service should be vetted a little better at this site.

Check in procedure is very cumbersome. Anyone buying food in their lobby area has to wait in line with people. Checking in. Not enough staff. No continental breakfast. Floors are way too thin and not padded. You can hear people walking in the room above you at all hours of the night.
