We didn’t get check in to our hotel it was burnt down I best get my money credit it to me on my card this is awful not a good experience with this hotel.com need better communication letting someone know there hotel is burnt down.

Sadly the hotel burned down while we were on our way to the hotel. Very glad we were not there yet! So far have not been able to reach anyone to get a refund on our reservation. Stay tuned!

My main issue with this hotel is the transportation to and from the airport. Very poor timing, planning and response from the hotel. There were issues when I arrived at the hotel from others calling into the front desk during my check in. When I returned from my trip, it took the shuttle 1 hour and 10 mins to pick me up and 30 mins to get back to the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel if staying for the airport shuttle.
