It is difficult to enter off the major highways. We circled through neighborhoods to get to the access road entrance. Parking in front is very limited. Parking underground was crowded and not well marked.

Thank you for your response. We appreciate your feedback. We will be making changes to the garage to be more driver friendly. Its hard to believe that when the hotel was built, there was only a two lane highway. We look forward to your next visit.

what was really disappointing was that on the second day of our stay we left the room around 11:00 a.m. didn't return until about 12:30 a.m. and the room had never been touched there was no clean tiles the room had not been trashing I've been empty the bedroom was untouched trash not empty. this was the second time for me at this property that the situation happened. this will be my last time staying at this particular property.

Swimming pool and hot tub needs assistance. Read reviews before i booked about pool so i called they said the condition was fine. Really murky water .4 kids to go swimming so not Happy at all. Breakfast was great. Rooms really nice.

The hotel is a great hotel usually, but for some reason this time it wasn't up to par. The next day the maid came by at 10:00 a.m. after which there was not the full compliment of towels. Upon returning that night we had to double up on hand towels and we had no face towels.
