Yes, that is true. We are only 2 short miles from the airport so that is a downfall of being so close. We could have tried to move to you and inside facing room if you would have said something to the front desk.

There was no TV guide in the room. The breakfast buffet was very good. Huge room!

Staff told us if we needed anything to call the front desk and they would help us, but when we did they would say sorry you need to come to the lobby. Pillows were super uncomfortable and the blanket looked more like a fitted sheet bunched up. Our key cards had to keep getting reprogrammed because they would stop working randomly. We would have a pleasant encounter with one staff member including shuttle hours, extended checkouts, and then a not so pleasant with another staff member if more help was needed. Great location near the airport for quick trips but not for an extended stay.
