Customers should be warned about loud events
Overall my stay was decent but 1 day some kind of party or event took place downstairs and there was loud music most of the day until around midnight couldn't relax the bass echoed in my room and floor and walls were shaking it sounded like the music was in my room. Also there was a shopping center outside my window not a fan because i like open curtains

Front desk customer service was horrible, Maria was her name I explained my situation to her because of the problems I already had with the ac not working in the room and the fridge not cooling there were also flying bugs in the room in which we had to kill. Now the GM had already spoken with me and took care of everything, but since I had to check out and some things were not taken care of I went down to the front desk and addressed my concerns and Maria was rude and disrespectful to a paying customer who not one time had attitude or was rude to her. She had the worse nasty attitude. As I walked away she slammed her hand on the counter talking about me to another guy that was there so i walked back and stood there and she looked stunned, I said no don’t mind continue I would love to hear what your saying and she tried to blow it off and act like she wasn’t talking about me. I don’t recommend anyone going there it’s the worst and I will be sending a email to the manager and better business bureau along with leaving a bad review with pictures.
