The place was clean and decorated for the holidays. HOW EVER, when I got to the hotel I go to check in and show them my Travelocity reservation like I have done with all my trips before. Well this time I tired the "pay at location" option when I made my online reservation. So when I get up to the front the desk to check in the refused to take it. I even tried to make a new reservation for one night for me and my three kids. We just drove hours and it was night time and all i had was cash on me. They said they do not take cash, cash app, third party payments and there was nothing they could do and walked away. So here i am a single mom with three kids four hours away from home on New Years Eve and all the hotels are booked or way out of my price range. Thinking we are going to have to sleep in the car for the night i get back on the website to check for any hotels for one day that take cash. We finally end up at a ghetto dirty hotel that looked like it was out of a horror movie. I had to block the hotel door with chairs and furniture because of all noise and people yelling in the hallways. Very disappointed and shock Sonesta Select would not be willing to work with me in any way. I even offered to let the front desk girls pick any one of my Louis Vuitton purse plus cash for one night stay.

Must safe It’s very clean Even the white towels are “white” Only flaw it definitely smelt like “something been closed off for a while but I always bring febreeze The staff was helpful and pleasant Very good location
