They didn’t even have a room I requested. The guy at the front looked like he just woke up and I’m still getting charged!

We had no hot water most of the trip, they finally moved us to a sister location the last night in the afternoon. It was very inconvenient, and aggravating that we couldn’t bathe at all for almost 2 days!!!

When checking in they said their computers weren't working and they were working off paper to do check ins. I checked in at 9om. Sounds like they had all day to call for IT help. They got my door keys wrong and had to send me to a different room. There were no extras sheets for the couch. So I had to call and ask for some. There was no breakfast. They said it would be from 7-9am. I waited until 8 and left to go get McDonald's. This was overall disappointing service from a Marriott property in a nice location. Mismanagement.

Hotel staff was wonderful… we had a missing microwave and they replaced really fast and later called to see if we received it and if we needed anything else.

we stayed one night at springhill suites at the west end. plenty of places near the hotel to eat. rooms and staff were excellent. no complaints.
