New, shiny but noisy. Great breakfast, nice staff.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, clean and new, comfortable bed
Cons: Nothing close, Noisy, no bathtub
Very new, modern/Asian decor, alas--NO bathtub and no place to put two suitcases. One of the smallest suites I've ever stayed in.Deluxe glass shower leaked all over the floor! Thin walls with lots of hallway and traffic noises. The wall A/C rattled, so couldn't use fan to muffle hotel noise. Glass sliding doors on bathroom assured that my spouse was awakened by the light when I got up at night. Pluses--Wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff, including housekeeping, front desk and breakfast staffing. SQUEAKY CLEAN!! Hotel is on a very lonely stretch of the George Bush freeway, and really not very close to University of Texas Dallas, as we had been told.

Brand new. Super clean. Great breakfast. Energy saving rooms. Well lit parking lot. Right off hwy. Perfect!
