The property met our needs. It’s close to Presque Isle. It is nothing flashy and certainly not a five star hotel but it was clean, the room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and there were no obnoxious neighbors. It did appear that they may have be mid-renovations as some parts of the room had items that were newer and some were older. The staff did say it was recently purchased. If you’re looking for an inexpensive no frills quick stay then this place is good for you. If you’re looking for something more glamorous then this is not for you.

There was a whole in the door for a deadbolt, but no deadbolt. All there was was a turn knob on the handle. There was no ice bucket, but their ice machine was broken anyway. The floor in the room was very dirty. There was a door connecting to the next room that had a chain lock to nothing. There was also no insulation between the 2. I could hear every noise (including them throwing up) and their smoke came into my room (even though its no smoking). I tried to tell them upon checkout, but the offoce door was locked and no one was there.

Dark, gloomy and unclean. Staff did not wear face masks. Door had an old wobbly lock - we did not feel secure in our room at all. Ended up propping door handle with a chair. Floors were dirty, bathrub had rings from toiletry bottles (not ours!!), so obviously wasn’t cleaned. There was a heavy febreeze scent that was trying to mask a bad smoke odor. Our bed was missing a blanket! Room had some random furniture (an old TV stand with no TV). No internet access. Stay somewhere else!

The care of the fish tank was very poor. The water was green and very unpleasing to the eye. The staff could have been a bit nicer as well.

The property was close to the Waldameer park and we were only staying one night so this hotel did the trick. The owners were very nice. We stopped before going to the park and they checked us in early and gave us the key so we could just go to the room when we left the park. They are in the process of remolding the rooms. Our room was done but there was still some old furniture in the room. A new TV but the old TV stand was still there. Also the mirror in the bathroom was old but the walls and bath had been done over and very clean. There was no hair dryer. To our surprise there was a continental breakfast on Saturday. Coffee and donuts and cold cereal but it was nice because we were heading home and just enough to gets us home.

Wow, where to start. The door was missing its deadbolt and had no security chain. The door itself looked rotted and ready to fall apart. The window shades wouldn't close fully for necessary privacy on a ground floor. Hole in the wall with blue drywall tape still there. Thankfully the bed and bathroom appeared to be clean. Very run down place, should have been 1/2 price what I paid for it.
