Has great potential, but needs an uplifting of paint and newer carpeting and bedding. Room smelled musty. Bedspread was lumpy. There was not air ventilation in the room unless the heat was on. Otherwise there was a little ventilation in the bathroom but no exhaust fan. There was little to no sound-proofing between rooms. We could hear loud voices when our "neighbors" arrived and if we had turned off the TV, we would have been able to easily hear every word in their conversation. Therefore, we did not feel we had much privacy for ourselves. Breakfast was average continental. We have had better at other places.
