I made a cleaning request for the whole week they only made it 2 days Tuesday and Wednesday and they did not change the sheets and on Thursday they did not make the housekeeping and I found the bed as I left it I called them to make the bed for me and what they did They only brought me the sheets so I could make my bed myself because the service had already left. It was disgusting service, oh and they told me that they were going to refund me the cleaning service and they didn't

I liked the fact that the deposit was only $50.00. Everything was great except for the tv remote would not turn on the tv. Other than that the place looks great and it gives me a place to book in the future.

The room was pretty decent for the price that night I stayed. The only thing that was dirty was a drawer that had some bodysuit lingerie that was neon green, and had blood stains on it. My lady was pretty grossed out about it. Other than that it was pretty nice and convenient.

yes, I just want to say that from the moment I called this hotel property they were understanding and convenient. They made sure all of my needs were taken care of. I checked in early I came in on the train and I end up staying a lot longer than what I anticipated however, they were friendly nice and they made sure I was taking care of the property secure. I felt safe it being an unknown area of course they are so so so nice and understanding to every little thing that you have going on they pay attention to. I can ask for much more staying out of town at a place I was unfamiliar with if you’re looking for somewhere that feels like home. This is definitely the place I know it’s a business and establishment however, it felt like home. It’s also wonderful. They have a subway connected to them. Great experience I would recommend to everybody and I can’t wait to go back great beautiful view of the pool. I can go on and on Clean it’s where you wanna be. !!! thx guys all the staff deserve a raise!!!! thx it’s definitely what customer service looks like it feels like. See you soon.
