Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was one of our worst stays. We get to the hotel and there is no record of our reservation through your company. We have to call Travelocity, which took forever to get a real person on the phone. They had to talk to the front desk. It took us well over an hour to get it resolved and the only reason it got resolved is because the hotel started a whole new reservation. The person how handled our call through Travelocity did a good job. I am not upset with that person. The hotel staff, on the other hand was rude and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint on him through the hotel. We will NEVER book through your company again. You shouldn't include this in your confirmations... Thanks! Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm.... when that obviously isn't true. the hotel said you never actually booked our stay with them at all. that could be them covering their butts, but either way, you both are awful.

The only down side was you had to walk to the parking garage which was diagonal to and across the street from the hotel AND you have to pay $15 to park.
