Cleaning staff don’t speak English and didn’t clean my room properly. I asked them to clean my room and they said they did but the towels were still on the floor. The toilet and bathroom were dirty. There were no new towels, and I had to ask for one

I knew that this was a budget hotel when I booked it, so I wasn’t expecting luxury. However, the check in process went very quickly and smoothly. It’s not a big hotel property, my room was on the second floor, there’s no elevator just stairs. I liked the wood like smooth floors in the room. I saw other posts saying that the beds were hard, well I like a firmer mattress so it suited me just fine. I wasn’t too crazy about how high up the bed was but that’s my only real complaint. Lastly I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly hot water became available at the sink and in the shower. One of the nicer hotel showers I’ve experienced. There’s no slip mat for the shower floor so it does get a little slippery. Also when I needed anything like an extra hand towel or another roll of toilet paper the clerk at the office was happy to oblige. All in all I’d stay here again.

The room is small, old and dirty. They charge me higher price to change to the standard 2 beds instead of deluxe room king size bed.

Towels were dirty along with the pillows and sheets. I removed the top cover and there was hairs everywhere.

I got a downstairs room, back in the corner. I was quite. The tragfic, where my room, was mind and the room tobthe right me.

My 1st stay here weeks ago was top notch butterscotch. This past evening, embarrassing to say, total unsatisfied with the cleanliness and wear and tear appearance of the the room. The bathroom walls had greased hands prints and smudges along with pubic hair wiped all over. The drapes were shredded with a cut holes. There was like food or something on the bed behind the bed and behind the nightstands. The Chester drawers are falling off the Chester drawer. The air unit is in another room not in the bedroom no purpose to turn on the air cause you don’t get close to two hours later in the bedroom. Disappointing to say the least.
