The Space:
This property is essentially two house in one. The right side is a saltbox colonial with 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, sitting area, and living room with 65" TV.
The3 bedrooms include 1 queen bed, 1 King, and a twin bed with an additional pull out twin trundle.
Relax on the deck by the propane fire pit overlooking the mountains, or play one of our MANY games at the extendable table on the sun porch. Get your sweat on in the lower level gym or practice yoga in our yoga room equipped with yoga mats, blocks, bands and a sound machine for setting the mood.
Additionally, there are 2 mudrooms with room for coats and even electric warmers for your boots, 2 bedrooms with private workspaces and mountain views from nearly EVERY room in this beautiful house!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the grounds, sunporch, deck and full right side of the house.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located within walking distance of the Hawthorne Valley Farm Store, which is a great local place for fresh food, groceries and supplies. The home itself located on a hill with beautiful mountain views from most windows.

Getting Around:
Easy access to the Taconic Parkway, 4WD is suggested in he winter season, and 5+ cars can fit in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
The location of this property gives guests easy access to all that both Columbia County and The Berkshires has to offer. The home is a destination in itself, but for those wanting to venture out, there is so much culture and adventure in the area. Check out our guidebooks for more details!

PET POLICY: Owner approval must be obtained prior to booking. Not all dogs will be approved. Dogs only and no multiples. A pet fee of $100 required.
