"Received check in instructions from the owner a few days before arrival. Self-check in went smoothly as described in the instructions. Minor questions submitted to the owner via text were answered promptly. The property was as described and easily accommodated our family of 7 who visited my wife and me on overlapping schedules. Dining areas both inside and out were great. The kitchen was well supplied with kitchenware as well as some common spices. Thermostats were easy to operate and maintained the desired temperature throughout our stay with outside temperatures ranging from the 50's to the low 100's. The pool and patio area were sizable with ample chairs with some of the most comfortable lounge chairs we've experienced. The heated pool was maintained at a perfect temperature throughout our stay. The property's location provided easy access to stores and restaurants. We've rented around 8 different properties over the last dozen or so years in the northeast Phoenix and Scottsdale areas at approximately the same time of year. This property ranks near the top in terms of enjoyment and livability. We've already reserved it for next year."
