"We booked a last minute spring break trip with our two kids (10 and 12). Reviews were pretty mixed and somewhat concerning. We read that the property was old and that there were things closed that should have been open. From the moment we checked in, every employee of the interacted with was delightful. Again accommodate. Yes, the facility is not new and the rooms could use a refurbish but it was clean and safe. All pool areas were clean. The water temperature of the main hole by the lobby was decent on a 75° day. The hot tub was amazing by the lobby. The river ranch facility had fairly cool water in the main pool, but that lazy river was perfect. Lots of activities for the kids. One day it rained and they played a movie and offered free popcorn to the kids as well as offering indoor games. The value is definitely there given what we paid for a peak time. Absolutely no regrets staying at this property and I'm disappointed in many of the reviews given price versus value. We will definitely be back!"
