"Don’t be fooled by pictures. Do yourself a huge favor. Spend a little more on your room at another hotel, this property will disappoint you. This hotel is located immediately across from a railroad track that operates all day and all night long. There are complimentary ear plugs on the night stand it’s so bad. You can hear your neighbors normal conversations as well as every other noise in the hallway as well as people talking down on the street or dogs barking etc. All of the pictures that make this property appear to be nice are of their more updated areas and not a true reflection of the room you will be staying in. The over all smell of the hotel is awful, a mixture of food, must, and cigarettes-even someone smoking pot somewhere on our floor. Only one staff member at night leaving customers waiting inside for check in and a phone ringing off the hook while they get their cigarette break in. The room was clean although very dated (especially bathroom tub and toilet) I will say staff was nice and gave us extra pillows and answered questions about the area and Uber (non-existent) We absolutely will never stay in this hotel again.
