"First of all, I don’t normally do reviews, but I definitely want to do a review on this house!!! If you are looking for a house that reminds you of your childhood about going to the beach and being in a comfortable cozy home, this is the house! It’s exactly what you think of when you think of going to OBX. What I loved about the listing is that it is exactly as pictured super cute and quaint, It has all of the amenities that you could need and it’s incredibly well equipped for family and friends. From the spacious open concept of the living area to the sizable bedrooms, and the amazing water pressure in the bathrooms this house exceeded all my expectations. The sun soaked back porch was perfect for watching the sunrise and set. Tons of windows kept the house flooded with sunlight all day long!! Huge outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up and the covered parking left us plenty of room to spread out and provided lots of drying space. Amazing A/C and internet access was excellent! The home owner was prompt with getting a repair done when requested. Even checked on me after to make sure I was good to go!!! This house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!! Can’t wait to come back!!!"

"Plenty of room for our family of four and our dog to spread out and relax. PROS: Great location and water views Quiet area, just a short drive to shops and restaurants Short walk to the beach Easy to paddle board or kayak from right next to the property CONS: Floor in living room area was very slippery, hard for my 5 month old lab to walk on and I fell one night too A little dated and in need of some care - lots of missing light bulbs and hard to work doors and windows Kitchen had a lot of stuff but was mostly just thrown into cabinets, so not always easy to find what you needed (and an oven mitt would have been a useful item to have!)"
