"We were @ this hotel for the soccer tournament & it was fantastic. The hotel was clean, the rooms were very spacious, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. So welcoming, accommodating, and helpful from the time we checked in, to when we left the facility and they graciously held our bags for us to go to the Mariners game. The breakfast was great & several options available. I would absolutely stay @ this facility again. It definitely made the weekend much more enjoyable. Thank you! 😊"

"I loved the hotel for my big family. The Executive Suite was perfect for us. I did want to personally thank the 2 ladies who were on shift (April 8/24) the night we got our rental broken into while at the mall. they took my purse with all my money and i was literally left with $7. I tried to be so brave for my children but when i saw the ladies they quickly gave me an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on. they were quick to accommodate me with water to settle me down and offered my children and i snacks while settled in for the night. Even when i asked for somewhere to park my vehicle while it was wide open with the window busted open, they made sure they parked me in an area with light and security cameras. When i had to leave quickly due to not having anyone able to fix my window, and having to drive all the way back to Canada with a plastic on the window, the day manager (Apr 10/24) was very considerate to me and my situation and i was able to check out early without penalty to my bill. My children and I thank you all for the hospitality and if we were not too scared to go back to Seattle, we would definitely return to this establishment. "
