They did not have our reservation when we tried to check in the hotel and actually sent us away We left am checked our email and found our information and went back and finally got checked in Abad experience to say the least

The staff was very friendly the bed was very comfortable.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, great location.
When I frist checked in the room they gave me was already occupied. I opened the door and started to walk in. Seeing the belongings of other people in the room, I turned right around and shut the door. I had to drag all my luggage back down to the fromt desk where I got another key to another room which turned out fine. This did make me uncomfortable about all the stuff in MY room while I was gone durning the day........

Great Hotel - Definitely Would Stay Again

Queen Junior Suite was very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable and having two flatscreen TVs was great - the room even had a Nintendo Game Cube. Wireless Internet. Pool/spa very clean. Fitness room had great, well kept equipment. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was delicious - excellent flavored bacon, great assortment of fruits and muffins as well as hot bar too. Excellent location - close to Guilford College. They had a nice bar area with wine specials on Wednesday nights. The only negative was that the room only had 3 bath towels and we needed four. However, I used took one from the pool and used that, but I'm sure that if I had called, the housekeeping staff would have brought another one quick. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.
