From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff. The room itself was nothing short of excellent. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The amenities provided in the room were also top-notch, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which added to the convenience of my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Springhill Suites in Greensboro to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was clean, staff was great, beds were comfortable. Bathroom could stand to be updated but the water was hot. My bigest complaint was the smell of marijuana. We were there for a convention so it was late each night when we returned and the smell from the time you got in the elevator and in the hall way was nauseating. .
