The area appears very unsafe. There was some confusion with our reservation. There were stains on the walls and carpet. The ice machine is out of order and looks very dirty. We will not be staying here again.

No ice on the floor we stayed 2nd floor you have to go to the 3rd floor to get ice the machine on our floor out of order. The room was nice and clean but as far as the others area of the hotel you can see wear and tear not enough upkeep included outside area. Overall 31/2 stars.

Toilet in our room and surrounding rooms squealed like a stuck pig. Kept us up - we actually finally gave up and left at 4:30 am. Pillows were horrible - neck pain and headache resulted. A/C didn’t work and furniture was damaged. I have video and pics but won’t let me upload. Would not recommend
