Great place if you want a more historical and old school experience and are willing to forgo certain comforts. Expect squeaky and floors, thin walls, and irregular floors after temperature. Can’t be a “Karen” when staying here.

Cocktails and lobster roll were excellent. Bartender friendly with great suggestions. Morning coffee appreciated. Bed comfy. Staff welcoming. Room could use a little adjustment for drawer space. It’s an old historical building. Not modern. Been there twice before. Just like the vibe.

The staff from the time we checked in till we checked out was very friendly. The room considering the age was nice. The food from their restaurant was absolutely delicious. The only problem we had was sleeping tho. Having a bar downstairs and nothing between it and upstairs the noise from the customers and music was really bad. Saturday night it stayed loud until 2 in am. If they did something like doors between stairs to room and bar to help with noise would be great. We ended leaving early in morning to go home and sleep. Other than noise it really is a nice hotel.
