Most of the amenities are not back there is still coffee in the lobby but that is it. The bottled water on each floor is not working there are no snack in the lobby maid service is not available but they are willing to deliver stuff the your room. Mobile check in does not work when booking thru a 3rd party. The hotel is very nice but would like to see everything come back. Room does have microwave and fridge.

I didn't like the fact that it was a four-star hotel is that they didn't have room service each and every day for the past 4 days that I stay there come in and clean the hotel it did not look like a four-star room and look like a three-star room on the website of Travelocity is almost like it was a trick that it was a four star but when I got to the room it was not a four-star feeling the room was was okay the sheets was bleach so bad some of the sheet inside was pretty dirty and it was just not a pleasant stay

Right in the heart of downtown. Clean and had normal amenities. Know that because it's downtown, outside noise can carry.

The staff was excellent they also accommodated me with a Delay check out from my room because my flight got canceled and I got issued a later flight. Wonderful staff

We randomly chose this hotel and it was perfect. The staff is excellent. The location is great. The bistro is also excellent. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also, the prices are quite reasonable. 5 stars!
