The guy that pick up on the shuttle was so nice 😊 but the guy that assist us at front desk was VERY RUDE . He should not work here 👎

When booking this property a long with the reviews they were supposed to have amazing amenities like a pool and on the booking site it shows pictures of pool however there is no pool on this property which was very disappointing because I purchased pool supplies for my babies to enjoy a pool day and there wasn’t even a pool on site

The room was very hot when we arrived The hall ways smelled bad, the room smelled until it cooled off.
