Heater/AC didn’t work. In fact, when we tried to turn it on, it started smoking. Tried AC and it sounded like the fan was completely busted. Walls seemed very thin. Could hear people talking on either side of us and they weren’t yelling or talking extremely loud but we could hear everything. Not a good experience at all. I expected much better from this hotel chain.

The property was convenient to Hershey park & other attractions. Very close to shopping and restaurants as well. Upon arrival everything seemed clean, the woman at the front desk was pleasant, but not informative; I had to ask about everything in regards to check in & our room location. After we parked & grabbed our personal belongings, we entered the hallway leading to the elevator, the hallway carpet was filthy as well as the elevator. We ignored this fact as it was a heavy traffic area for guests. We got to our room & were blown away at how dirty the room was. Different types of hair all over the floor, bedding, bathtub, & sink, even on the toilet lid. There was food on the floor next to the bed, the room hadn’t been vacuumed, & there were boogers on the wall where one of the beds met the wall. The room was stuffy & warm, so we attempted to turn the Air conditioner down. However, it didn’t work. Needless to say the room was hot & stuffy our whole stay. The lighting in the room was also poor, even with all the lights on & the curtain open, our room was still dark. In the bathroom, we were given only 1/2 of a roll of toilet tissue, 3 bath towels & two wash clothes, that was it, for 2 adults & 2 children, all still had inspection stickers on them; obviously never been washed. The floors & walls were dirty. I can go on & on, but I will stop there. We travel quite a bit, & never expect too much from hotels, we keep to ourselves, but this stay was by far one of the worst

Recently stayed during a visit to Hershey. Prior to booking a placed a call asking if they had a bar and restaurant on premises.
