Overall the room was very large. The downfall was the toilet doesn't flush properly, the shower head was broken, the bathroom faucet was about to fall off, there were hairs in the shower, the smoke detector was covered with plastic and one of the bathroom lights did not function properly. When this was brought up the staff they did not offer a discount or merely an apology. All that was stated is we will look into that.

Could go either way.

Pros: Location
Cons: Paint, carpet throughout needs to be updated.
This hotel is starting to show its age. They have about 6 months to a year to start updating/refreshing or it will get pretty nasty. The room was decent and the breakfast was good too. Overall this is the kind of hotel you would expect to see at a slightly cheaper rate.

Quiet and clean

Outdated and needed some repairs (walls, windows, floors. But overall comfortable and clean. Quiet, which was great for someone like me who needed rest after a long day of seminars. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again for a short stay.

CLOSE TO AIRPORT

Nice hotel close to airport. Good price, no problems. Would stay at again when we travel out of Indy.

Clean and comfortable

Certain staff members need to be a bit more sensitive to guests needs, particularly at 0430 and there's no hot coffee.

Great hotel and friendly staff

Pros: The spaciousness and comfortable bed
Cons: The decor is a little bit dated.
Location: We did not get to see things nearby. Just passing through.
We were driving through Indianapolis and needed a place to stay. We can always count on Best Western for comfortable beds. The great thing about this room was that it had a living area with a couch and extra television. It was really spacious and comfortable.
