It has possibilities, the “common area” which is a nice sized pool and hot tub near a bar area with TVs would be great it 1) it was clean 2) was actually usable 3) wasn’t so dang slippery it was difficult to walk around. The room itself was disgusting. It was large enough but scummy/ dated/ in poor repair. We visited during a snowy weekend- they didn’t take care of their parking lot.

Booked this hotel based on the availability of indoor pool. It definitely exceeded our expectations! Loved the open atmosphere of the pool area. Staff at check in, during our stay, and check out were very courteous and professional. Breakfast was great! Serving staff at breakfast were also very helpful and courteous! Loved this hotel!

Has to be the worst hotel experience ever, came at 8:45pm to check in, the desk had one person working..stood in line for 10 minutes only to be told, i needed to come back in 20-30 minutes, so she could go clean rooms, left hotel..came back 30 minutes later, stood in line again 10-15 minutes to be told again, my room wasnt ready, needless to say this went on for 2 hours, i didnt get into my room until around 11:00pm..breakfast was not good, machines weren't on to keep food hot, the pool was terrible...will not EVER return.

Arrived, after a 7 hour drive, at 12:30am to find 5 other guests waiting at the front desk because there were no clean rooms and nobody to clean them. All of us had reservations. The poor woman at the front desk was desperately trying to reach someone to come in and clean the rooms. I was just hoping to grab a few hours sleep before continuing my journey. I could understand rooms not being ready if I were trying to check in at noon. How they could possibly not have them clean by midnight is beyond me.

The pool was dirty .Badly need to be cleaned . The hot tub was condemned by the city. What they call a buffet is no more than a continental breakfast . and the meal is not free...There is very few channels on the TV and the AC was so load I had to turn it off to sleep....I will say the people at the Front desk were helpful and friendly

The cleanest was bad the bathrooms in the room was not very clean at all,dirty towels from housekeeping thrown out in hallways by lady housekeeper, over need new housekeepers...neeeds work i will not stay here again
