Terrible bed and linens. 13” tv on the wall will unconnected cords hanging out. Paint peeling off all walls and dirty stick on style tiles loose in bathroom. Wooden sub-floor exposed. Smoke detector removed for some reason.

Property need a lots of renovation the room was dirty and gross never ever stay in the place again tvs don't work sofa was missing a lage ceiling paint flowing off carpet so gross and no parking terrible very un happy

After the cancellation time (Tuesday), the conditions in the South Lake Tahoe area turned hazardous. The was a large forest fire west of the city. The Air Quality Index was about 420. The EPA considers levels above 300 labels to be hazardous, and advises everyone to avoid all physical acuity outdoors. Early Wednesday I texted to both the hotel and Travelocity, that I would not be coming that night. The hotel still charged me the full price, with no concern for my safety or health. I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused.

This motel is the most disgusting I’ve ever been in. I walked in and walked out. They should not be able to rent these rooms out. Not sure when the motel pictures were taken but not the same. Walked over to the casino motel got a nice suite for cheaper.

I paid almost $400 for the worst motel experience ever. Lobby is always locked no employees ever available. You can only check in at 4 pm. It then takes over an hour because 1 person is trying to check everyone it at the same time. Resort fee of $16.50 per night, for what? Room is so deteriorated missing smoke detector, air conditioner couldn’t cool the room just look at Yelp to see the pictures of this disgusting room.
