We did not get to the motel until 11:00 p.m. and there was no one to check us in. When we drove in to the place, it was an absolute DUMP. We would not have even thought about staying there if you all had up-to--date pictures. It is a rundown filthy DUMP

Hello, sorry to hear that, but need to know when it says run down property, as most of my clients are repeating clients and they like to stay at dutch treat motel every time they visit lancaster, pa. thanks for staying at dutch treat motel.

I love staying here because even though it is a throwback motel it is clean and convenient to what I need. I usually only spend one night when I pass through Ronks. The price is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

thanks for staying at dutch treat and yes we do noticed that and did take care of that right away . but as we are in country side and this time of the season sometimes they do appears, but we do try to take care by having pest control guy coming every month. thanks

The lobby reeked of some kind of heavy incense and the innkeeper was surly and rude. The room was supposed to be non-smoking. It was saturated in cigarette smell, even the bedding stank of it. There was no continental breakfast, even though the website stated there would be. Right in the middle of the floor there was a ginormous dead spider. The bed was ancient and uncomfortable. Very poor nights’ sleep. My business concluded a day early so I asked if I could check out early (220pm); the innkeeper was surly and rude about it and would not refund the night that I would not occupy the room. About the only thing good about this was that the shower was hot, eventually. I want my money back; I’ll never use this motel again.
