The pool and atrium area is why everyone comes here overcrowded and discouraging to go swimming cause there is 20 people in the 7 person hot tub and 100 in the pool

The bathtub wouldn’t drain properly. Through out the night there were kids running and screaming in the hallway. The hot tub was constantly over capacity with children. When I initially booked the hotel I was told there would be a continental breakfast provided at no charge. I then confirmed this with the concierge and when I went for breakfast I was only then informed that it was a ready-to-serve breakfast that you had to pay for. Very disappointing stay.
