Check in was great and they accommodated us with an upgrade at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. The room had some residual dirt and grime. The breakfast was not great and the staff twice did not understand the difference between milk and half and half, refilling the pitcher twice with milk.

The big negative is that Travelocity does not disclose that you MUST valet your car. I guess you could've looked for street parking but my 92-year-old mother was with me so that was not an option. The room was very clean and newly renovated. I really enjoyed the selection at Breakfast each morning. The front desk staff was friendly and responsive to all of me needs. The valet service was quick and very polite and friendly.

Noise

Pros: I like the cleanliness & breakfast
My husband and I were enjoying a nite out away from the heat, and then we get a call that there are noise complaints, yes having sex..... I’ve never had anyone complain about our time in a hotel, won’t ever be staying there again, I have every right to have fun, felt like I had to whisper the entire time, not coming back
