Things felt sticky like they weren’t wiped down. Also my bed sheets had some stains. Not sure if they had changed the sheets… recommend not using those sheets if they have stains for other guest. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the neighbor talking. Woke me from a dead sleep. Also the air conditioner was loud and made a clicking noise… i was extremely tired and the noises were very inconvenient.

I am a constant traveler and recently I had been liking The Hotel Chain and for convenience and time I decided to stay at Burbank location. Worst thing! The access is bad, no U turn available. Had to pay EXTRA for parking, TERRIBLE NOISE from the floor above wich I reported front desk and nothing happend I could NOT REST because of the runnung and throwing objects and on top of that in the morning a GUY knocked on my door for NO reason which made me feel totally UNSECURE!!!!

We had a bad experience with our stay. We asked the staff to assign us a room not facing the Highway. But we found our room 304 was facing the Highway. The traffic noise was bad and waked me up in the morning. The floor insulation is also not good. We were annoyed by the people lived above us by making noise and kids running at night and in the morning. Also when we tried to use the room’s free WIFI, besides entering name and room number, it starts to asking all the personal information as required field. I’m not comfortable to provide such information and skip using the WIFI. When we checked out, they charged $26 per night for parking and did not mentioned when we checked in. When we complained all these during check out, she said they are willing to refund us but can’t. Because we booked through Expedia and we can only contact Expedia to get the refund.
