The staff was hot and cold. There was no consistency with the decency of staff. Some were very rude and one gentleman was very nice. Very old property, needs upgrades, Advertising pool but there is only a hot tub and it was never cleaned. Breakfast left something to be desired. No room service for 3 days. Good location as you can see the ocean from top floor rooms and easy to get to the beach.

Convenient location. Housekeeping limited and request for clean towels un-responded to. Breakfast selection limited and they were out of coffee often.

The continental breakfast sucks!! Its instant oatmeal or 2 kinds of cereal. False advertisement with the waffle in the picture on the sign in the breakfast room.

The desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant, we had a great view of the ocean, very enjoyable.

I didn’t like the fact that the property took the full expense for my stay the day I booked it, then waited till I arrived to tell me I still had to pay a $50 deposit. Beach views my ass it’s not worth the additional expense for a beach peek. The front desk people were very polite, very much appreciated that.
