There was only room service food available with a menu to be scanned. I did not have a way of scanning the menu so no food!

elevators not working. $30 parking fee. rundown everything and sloppy desk service. dirty linen left in hall overnight.

The properry was located in a quiet, beautiful surb. It has its own private gated parking garage shared.with the convention center. I didnt like that it wasnt included in the price of fhe room.

First of all the fact of paying almost $200 for a room equal to Motel 6, and still have to pay $20parking per night. It’s ridiculous. I know I won’t be going there ever again. Staff needs to be more trained on parking policies as we were told we would pay $15 instead of $20 and wasn’t the case.
