Overall the room was clean. Bigger issue was the seal for door was a a gap that you could look out and see the carpet outside the room. Also the shower floor was cracked in 4 places so if you stepped wrong almost fall and the drain was broken to where it would come off. Only light in bathroom was over shower and around the mirror. Because of the gap on the entrance door, had to leave bathroom door open to block light so could sleep. Told staff about the room and only got a bobble head acknowledgment. No noise deading between rooms so could hear other people’s conversations and also hear waffle maker when a person was using it.

Exit door emergency exit door did not function properly, required to use this door because of construction. Water POORED from bathroom ceiling and when I reported it to the desk attendant, he swore and walked. No apology, nothing. No off of a different room.

I have been coming here for a couple years due to the location and being dog friendly. This trip however I feel Travelocity need to be more in tuned with customers. My room was wrong had me in the 2nd floor they moved it. Then we go to plug in light there we m&ms juice drinks behind the couch. It was very unclean. Then our key card wouldn’t work and we had to wait like 10 mins for the man behind the counter to come back(not personable at all). Then there was a busted bottle out front where you park to check in. This is where we had to walk out with our 11 year old dog and mentioned to the ladies behind the counter. She said oh no ok. And never went out to sweep it up. I understand the problem with staffing g but dog friendly property with busted glass leads to serious problems. Had my dog cut her feet there would be a serious issue!! It takes a few mins to slider the couch to be sure it is clean and get up and walk outside to sweep broken glass. Very let down when I was charged 350 for 2 nights. Not happy!!!!
