Shower not clean, no soap tray in shower, missing smoke detector, refrigerator broken.

The room that I stayed in didn't look anything like the photos. The room was dirty, lots of trash on the floor behind the TV console. The shower knob was coming apart and had to be carefully manipulated. The chairs had stains on them. There was a big piece of green snot stuck on the front of the sink cabinet - disgusting... The staff was very cold and unfriendly and never at the front desk - you had to press a buzzer to gt them to come out and open the office door, unlike most motels where someone is around during regular business hours. There were big black trash bags outside by the stairway. It looked like many of the long-term residents were a bit "sketchy" and a little scary. I took photos of all of these things. I couldn't believe that this place was rated as high as it was. I don't think that anyone from Travelocity verified much of the info about this place. I had to compare this with an excellent place that I stayed in at Seaside, right on the beach, super clean, friendly staff, excellent amenities, all for the same price. Next time I book a place through Travelocity, I'll check the reviews from other sites.

I had to travel the past week to the Ashland-Medford, OR area and I recommend The Tiki Lodge as a GR8 $$ value. Safe, well lit parking, very clean rooms, furniture in excellent condition, good WI-FI, and a 5 min drive to I-5, but in a neighborhood that is not immediate off the highway. Coffee and a danish in the morning, friendly and helpful staff. 👍👍👍👍

It was close to the freeway and fairly easy to find. They had an online discount that was hard to turn down.

This is an older motel on Riverside near downtown Medford. Very convenient. Lady at front counter was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Simple breakfast of cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, juice, coffee, etc., was perfect. Room was very comfortable, bed clean and neatly made, bath and floors very clean. Room included microwave, frig., coffee pot, iron, hair drier, nice TV, desk and very comfortable chair and bed. The air conditioner was very efficient in the near 100 degree heat. In fact, I had to turn it down a couple settings. Nothing to complain about. The Tiki Lodge was a very good experience.

Perfect stop

We were just passing through and stayed for one night. Check in was quick. Room was awake for the price and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast had quite a few options and was very convenient. Very friendly staff.
